I have known Ato Fikru while we were working together as committee members of Community Policing at the neighborhood of Zenbaba Apartments which was a committee comprising of volunteer home owners elected by the residents of the compound. Among other things, the committee achieved the tasks such as securing the compound by hiring a security firm after completing the fences in all directions, facilitating for Home Owners Association (HOA) by closely working and following up with the relevant government bodies, and pushing ENYI Real Estate to complete unfinished works on behalf of all the owners which are more than 252 in number. These tasks were very challenging, time consuming and sometimes frustrating. Ato Fikru's role in achieving all these tasks was very significant that he was inspirational to all of us to complete these useful tasks. While Ato Fikru can organize and get the works done on such voluntary basis, I can imagine in what dedication he can serve his own company. So, as a result of his dedication to all his assignments, his great ability to smoothly work with anyone, his ample patience on any challenging situations and his great professionalism, I highly recommend to everyone to work with him whenever such services are required

በቅርቡ ወደ እናት አገር ተመልሸ ነበርና ከአቶ ፍቅሩ ጋር በአንዳች አጋጣሚ ተገናኝተን ሳለ ስለ ዳያስፖራ አካውንት አይነቶች በአሁኑ ሰዓት በአገር ውስጥ ስላለው የቤት ንብረት የንግድ ፈቃድ አወጣጥ መስፈርት እና ሁኔታ ያገኘሁት ምክር ወይም አገልግሎት በዳያስፖራ አለም ቢሆን ኑሮ እነዚህ አማካሪዎች የሚባሉት የትየለሌ የሚያክል ብር ያስከፍሉበት ነበር።

He has been a resourceful person in the areas of community policing from establishment till operation, and committed leadership quality. His strength lies in his capacity to handling multi-dimensional activities within reasonably short period of time as a result of which he has been carrying out various tasks parallel to the above mentioned results.
He has a pleasant personality, modest and he is respectful. He possesses good conduct and character, unique abilities, and completes his tasks with precision ahead of time with sound communication skill.
