Only two types of Fees for the properties Efoyta Manages

1. Our Management fee falls between 8-12% of the monthly rent which depends on the number of units you have with our company, the location of the property, and the expected rental amount on a monthly basis.
2. We charge 10% of one month’s rent to lease. This fee is only charged once the tenant moves into the property. We do NOT charge this fee upfront.)

Two optional fees for the issues Efoyta handles

1. The service charge which is fixed and included in the agreement before the work is commenced. The amount of the charge is fixed based on the negotiation between the company and the client
2. The service is charged based on the cost sheet submitted by the company after the completion of the work. How each single activity is charged will be included in the agreement.

WE COLLECT ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 50% PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE JOB.
