Steps to be followed:

Once you decide to join EFOYTA Property and related Issue Management (EPRIMCO ), the steps to be followed are the following:

• Download and duly fill the application form and send the scanned copy
• Download the service agreement and confirm your acceptance by signing and sending the scanned copy
• Download the sample power of attorney which is subject to modification from our website to authorizes EPRIMCO to manage your property
• Send the power of attorney after authenticated by Ethiopian Embassy or nearby consulate office
• Handover the relevant Documents like occupancy certificate, agreements with Water and power authority, customer key, electric power recharge card etc… To EPRIMCO.
