Efoyta property and related issues management is owned and managed by Ato Fikru Tilahun a multi professional with more than 30 years of experience in Public and private organizations in various areas: Administration, diplomacy, business, communication etc.

Mr. Fikru While living and working abroad for about 10 years, has come home from time to time to manage his family house, pay taxes and invest in his home country. This experience gave him a chance to observe the challenges of navigating the bureaucratic system and to recognize the dire need for professional Property and other related issue management service which enables the property owners and others having pending issues at home and abroad enjoy the fruits of their investment and entitlements with no stress and with reasonably low cost.

When Ato Fikru moved back to Ethiopia, he founded Efoyta with the aim of creating an organization that can take the stress off of the property owners and those having various pending issues living in every corner of the world.
